WPIFC
|
The Word of Power International Fellowship of Churches (WPIFC) was
founded by Pastor J.C. Matthews in July 2008. WPIFC is a global non-denominational
fellowship of pastors, leaders, churches, ministries and Christian
organizations with a biblical mandate to prepare the world for the ultimate
glorification and establishment of God's Kingdom here on earth. WPIFC
members are united by their beliefs in:
- the core tenants of Christianity,
- the advancement and expansion of the Kingdom of God,
- the education of the church in the present reality and operation of the Kingdom of God in everyday life,
- the empowerment of the church and believer through God's Word,
- socially relevant outreach, and
- evangelism.
The Bible declares that the "Gospel of the Kingdom" must be preached as a
testimony through out the earth (Matt. 24:14). This is a commandment to the New
Testament Church. WPIFC was founded to facilitate this move of God.
The WPIFC's assignment and mission is to not only share the Gospel of the
Kingdom in word only, but with demonstration of God's spirit and
power! (1Cor. 2:4-5 and 1 Cor. 4:20).
WPIFC Members are provided:

- Godly wisdom and confidential counsel for members
- Membership Directory
- Licensing and Ordination Certification
- Annual Church Development and Ministry Enrichment Conferences
- Partnership in Global Outreach
- Monthly WPIFC newsletter and updates
- Partnership in and support of projects by WPIFC community and membership
- Relevant and detailed teaching materials for leadership for
self-development or to share with their congregants and membership
MEMBERSHIP PROCEDURE
We invite Pastors and Church leaders who share this passion and call to join
us as we advance the Kingdom's influence in our various communities.
The requirements for membership in the Word of Power International
Fellowship of Churches (WPIFC) are that the applicant must:
- Express belief in the core tenants of Christian faith (see our Statement of Beliefs).
- Have a definite call to ministry in one of the five-fold offices.
- Currently in an active leadership role in ministry, either on a full- or part-time basis.
- Committed to the vision of advancing the Kingdom of God in
knowledge and influence around the world and in your locality.
